Open Work Permit Canada, aka SOWP, is a visa program specially designed for the spouses of applicants who are in Canada either on a study permit or on a Work Permit. It’s a critical visa process involving expertise in sensitive cases. Some cases are straightforward and lodged without much filing. This year, on February 14, 2024, our client, Tajinder Singh, a VPO Jodhan Village, District Ludhiana resident, also received the PFL. He and his wife, Gagandeep Kaur, were scared and thought it was the ultimate end of their union in Canada.
