You have bought some clothing online and are not satisfied with your purchase.
Write a letter to the company that you bought the clothing from. In your letter:
- give details of the purchase
- describe the problem
- explain why you need a replacement urgently
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the piece of clothing that I purchased from your company Van Heusen from the e-commerce website, Amazon.
To be more specific, I purchased a long-sleeve, spread-collar, party-wear shirt in my favourite colour, Blue. It cost me around 3000 rupees and I paid the entire amount by my credit card 2 days ago, and my order number was X 1234. I was overjoyed that I was finally able to get my hands on the very shirt that I wanted for so long.
However, my joy did not last for too long because as soon as I opened the parcel, I found out that it was not the shirt that I ordered. I placed an order for a blue-coloured shirt, and the size I chose was large, but I received a formal white shirt, and the size is also different.
I would like you to replace my order as soon as possible because I bought this particular shirt, despite it being too costly for me, to wear at my younger brother’s wedding. I already have bought my Tuxedo Suit in the matching colour, and the wedding is going to be held in 2 days, so I do not have enough time to go to the market and search for this type of shirt because I have many responsibilities on my shoulders.
