Dear ____________,

Answer –

Dear Mr Smith,

I am writing to give my thoughts on the computer course I completed last week.

Allow me to remind you that this course was related to advanced computer skills. This course was about one month long, and the teachers gave two-hour lectures and one-hour practice sessions, 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday. The fee for this course was 500 dollars, which was borne by the company, and I am eternally grateful for that.

The course was beneficial for me as I learnt in depth about the advanced-level features of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Equipping myself with this knowledge has helped me immensely in my work as now I can complete my task quicker and this has also increased my efficiency and confidence level exponentially, and I have become more organised than ever before.

In my opinion, this particular course is not made for all of our employees because some of them do not even have the basic knowledge of the software, let alone advanced-level understanding. Therefore, even if they enrol in this course, they would struggle to follow and keep up the pace with the teachers. Moreover, those who work in the marketing field will find no meaning in using this course and it will be just a complete waste of their time.

Yours sincerely,
Ricky Steamboat
