Dear Sir or Madam,

Answer –

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my sincere interest in doing the available part-time voluntary work at the Museum of Indian Culture and Heritage in New Delhi.

I am keenly interested in doing this unpaid work so I could learn more about ancient Indian culture, which would be beneficial for me as I am studying about Indian history at my university. In addition to that, I would like to make better use of my free time during the upcoming one-month summer vacation.

I would like you to know that I already have good experience in using software, such as Microsoft Excel, which would allow me to feed data and maintain a proper record of our daily visitors at the museum. I am also fluent in speaking English, Hindi and French languages so I could work as a guide for foreign visitors.

Regarding my availability, my summer holidays will start on 1st June and, therefore, I will be available to start working at the museum from that date until the end of June. I would be grateful if you could assign me to the morning shift during the weekdays and the evening shift during the weekends.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Vin Diesel
