Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Answer –

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the functioning of a microwave I purchased last Sunday, and more importantly, one of your staff members’ behaviour and my request fell on deaf ears.

One of the issues I am facing is that it does not heat the food no matter for how long I keep food in the microwave. Additionally, the touchpad is not working satisfactorily. Sometimes, I have to press a button several times before it responds, and frankly, it is quite frustrating.

When I called your shop 2 days ago, I was left disappointed by the experience because firstly, I had to wait for 20 odd minutes before someone answered my call, and when a staff member of yours did attend it and I told her my problem, she was extremely rude and even started the blame game. After that, when I told her about the bill and guarantee, she said she would send someone to fix it, but I have not heard from anyone till now.

I would recommend that you must give proper training to your staff on how to deal with the customers, and must give a stern warning to the lady in question. Moreover, I would appreciate it if you send a technician to solve the issues or replace my product with a new one.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Michael Jackson
