Dear _________,
Answer –
Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to extend my six-month tenancy agreement for your apartment #21 in Homex Plaza, a high-rise building, with only one month left.
I would like to prolong my stay in your apartment for six more months because I believe this much time would be sufficient to complete my work. Since moving in, I have found this place comfortable and suitable for my needs, and therefore, I do not want to look for a new place to live.
I need to stay here longer than I originally intended because my company has taken on a new project, and being the most experienced person for the job, I have been given the responsibility. This project would take around six months to complete, and if I am able to handle it successfully, my dream of getting a promotion will come true.
Although I love living here, a minor issue with the kitchen faucet has been bugging me for the last two days. Droplets of water keep on dripping in the kitchen sink, and at night, it is causing me some distress and difficulty getting sleep. While I tried to fix it myself, I could not do so. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a plumber to look at it at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Warm regards,
Paul John
