Write at least 150 words.

Answer –

The two plans illustrate how the infrastructure around a City Hospital changed between 2007 and 2010.

Overall, it can be seen that the road network to the city hospital witnessed a significant transformation from having a joint parking facility to having separate, dedicated parking and better transportation facilities over the period given. Another notable feature is the addition of new roundabouts.

Concerning the parking facilities, in 2007, there was a common parking lot for both the hospital staff and the public, which was located just to the east of the Hospital Road, and its entry point was to the south of the City Hospital from the Ring Road. However, by 2010, a separate public car park was constructed just east of the City Hospital, adjoining the Ring Road and the old car park was reserved specifically for the staff members.

As for the transportation facilities, three bus stops had been built on either side of the Hospital Road, but between 2007 and 2010, these made way for a new bus station, which was just west of this road. Finally, two new roundabouts were added, at the Hospital Road’s intersections with the City Road and the Ring Road, and they both were linked to the bus station for better road connectivity.
