You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Answer –

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I have left behind some of my crucial documents in a blue-coloured folder at your hotel.

I, Steven Spielberg, stayed at your hotel in room number 21 from 1st May to 3rd May 2024, and I am sure, I kept my documents in the top drawer of the cabinet, which is present opposite the bed in my room. I had to leave my room in a hurry because something urgent came up, so I did not get the time to check my belongings before checking out from the hotel.

These documents are of paramount importance to me because my career depends on them. These contain some official and confidential documents along with my passport. I have to go to the US next week to submit these papers, and God forbid, if I lose them or am unable to perform my duty for any reason whatsoever, it will harm my professional and personal life.

I would greatly appreciate it if you find and mail these documents to me. Of course, I will bear all the courier and handling charges or as you told me one of your staff members comes to my town weekly, so if it is convenient, you can ask them to hand it over to me. I will come to any place of their convenience to collect my parcel.

Thank you for your help and support.

Kind regards,
Steven Spielberg
