Begin your letter as follows:

Dear _________,

Answer –

Dear Mr. Trump,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the furniture of your apartment in which I am living with my family that I have rented.

I, Hugh Jackman, am your tenant living in one of your flats, number 30, in the famous condominium “Trump Towers”. My family and I moved here last Sunday, and since then, we have been facing one or another problem with the furniture due to its poor maintenance by the previous tenant.

The main concern we have is about the termites because many chairs and sofa sets have bugs and termites sticking to them. Moreover, when pulled, the handles easily come off from the drawers, and the dining table has chipped edges. Because of these safety hazards, we are afraid that someone might get hurt.

I would appreciate it if you send someone to address these issues. The chairs and sofa sets need anti-termite treatment, such as new plywood or coating. In addition, you should repair the drawer handles and replace the dining table with a new one, so that we can live in peace.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
Hugh Jackman
